get the exact dates out to you well in advance.

now that is plenty of time to take off beforehand, book tickets,
make arrangements to travel, have the whole summer to practice,
buy a few extra boxes of whole wheat donuts, etc. you know
the deal.
i'll be posting additional deadlines for team payment, rosters,
confirmed teams and more
as we get closer and closer. we'd like to have all teams
come out this year, including newark and yonkers, who missed out
the last few years.
