fixed time period we can be in the gyms, so

start times! appreciate it.

playoff format: the #1 &
2 seeds will receive a bye in the first round, and will play the
winners of the #3 through #6 seeds. the #1 seed will play the
lowest remaining seed from the 1st round, and the #2 seed will
play the second lowest remaining seed. see the below

bye during this time.

#3, #4, #5, #6 games, and the #2 seed will play the second lowest
remaining seed.
games will be 24 minutes a piece. half time will last for
2 minutes. there will be 4 timeouts available, two in the
first half, and 2 in the second half. they will be 30
second timeouts.
