If you are planning on attending the 2025 BSC, and have a prior responsibility such as
a music or prayer ministry,

arrangements BEFOREHAND.

are under your parents, tell them where you're going.
5. The Tourney will finish with enough time for those who
are planning on attending a local meeting, to do so.
