are 2 forms, (that must be signed in order to participate)
in the 2005 BSC. Please download, fill them out, and bring
with you on August 13th.
1.
Minor Authorization Form: If you are 18 or under,
you need to get this form signed by you're parents in order to
participate.

2. Liability Form: This form clears the
organizers of any liability due to injury and/or bodily harm
before/during/after the 2005 BSC. This form must be signed by
