If you are planning on attending the 2010 IPF VBC, and have a prior responsibility such as
a music or prayer ministry,
make
arrangements BEFOREHAND.
4. If you
are under your parents, tell them where you're going.
5. The Tourney will finish with enough time for those who
are planning on attending a local meeting, to do so.
