POWER RANKINGS/FULL
RECAP RIGHT
HERE...Pics on the Way...
A.
Our IPF Sports Weekend recap begins with
the IPF-VBC champs, All 4 One. Shout out to team captain
Angela Lazarus for putting together a team that captured the
title a third year in a row. This was without a doubt our
most competitive tournament ever. All 4 One
was tested, eeking out some close wins, especially
against the NY Hitmen. But in they end,
they showed true championship poise. Congratulations on
becoming the first dynasty in the tournament's history!
2010 IPF-VBC Champions: ALL 4 One

B.
I'd like to thank
Jenet Poopalan & Becky Kurikeshu for their help with this
year's event. As always, we hope to make next year's event better than
this one!
I'd also like
the thank Charles Thomas, Calvin Thomas,
as well as the members of the various teams in attendance that helped us with
score-keeping/line judging. If I missed anyone, many thanks.
Tourney MVP: Mike Nagl

2010 POWER RANKINGS
All 4 One: Shout out to team captain Angela Lazarus. All 4 One
is now the first dynasty in the history of
the IPF-VBC, having now won the first 3 tournaments. They had to earn it
this year, taking it all the way to the 3rd set and only winning by 2 pts.
The road to victory goes through All 4 One!
MVP: Mike Nagl
1

NY Hitmen:
Shout out to team captain Jaison Joseph. An excellent year for this first
year entry. Representing NY in a big way, NY Hitmen rolled to the #1 seed
in the playoffs and took All 4 One to the absolute limit almost winning the
championship game. We look forward to seeing them compete next year!
2

NY Shadows :
Shout out to team captain Binu Thomas. The Shadows returned and played
well reaching the playoffs for the third straight year. They now have a
competitor for the best team from NY status!
3

iSpike:
Shout out to team captain Becky Kurikeshu. This team
returned in a big way. After missing the playoffs last year, iSpike got it
together and made it in this year. Strong play from Suresh Joel was key.
4

True North:
Shout out to team captain Jenet Poopalan. This
team played well, going toe to toe with eventual
champion All 4 One. However once their team captain went down,
they never quite recovered. Still, with a
full and healthy squad, this is a team that can get the
job done. Look forward to seeing them in 2011!
5

Baltimore Bullets :
Shout out to team captain......? Well, that in
essence was this team's problem. They didn't have
a set team captain, and therefore their organization was
off. Solid play from Brian Singer as always, but
next year, they need to have practices with their full
squads prior to coming out. Bring it in 2011
Baltimore!!!

Appreciate
everyone coming out to support us, especially the fans.
We look forward
to seeing all of you next year!
